Selangor Public Library Corporation (PPAS) was honoured to host SLICE 2026 in collaboration with the Malaysian Book Publishers Association (MABOPA), creating a platform where literature, innovation and meaningful conversations come together.

A special highlight was the launch of the Malay translation of Ms. Melissa Fleming’s inspiring book, A Hope More Powerful than the Sea, published as Harapan Yang Menggoncang Lautan. Jointly published by PPAS and Mahir Publications Sdn. Bhd., this story brings a powerful message of empathy, resilience and hope to Malaysian readers.
